Kcal?

I did not count the kcal, sebab masih fail.

This is for breakfast today

Pouched egg. (sebiji) - boil water (add salt sikit) and stir
Salad (add the thousand island sikit je, tak banyak)
2 slices of breakthru
Sosej

Lunch

Garlic, ginger, big onion (blend)
Capsicum green
Celery
Tomato
Black pepper
Ayam

Tumis semua bahan yang sudah blend (use sunflower oil)
Masuk kan ayam dan sikit oyster sauce and air
Masukkan bahan yang lain-lain
Senang?
Hahaha. Menu malas campur diet.
